  12. The KDE-PIM project aims to bring together those who wish to help design,
  13. implement, test, etc. anything that's to do with personal information
  14. management.

  16. This rather broad scope encompasses mail clients, addressbooks, usenet news,
  17. scheduling and even sticky notes.

  22. * kaddressbook: The KDE addressbook application.
  23. * kmail: the KDE mail client
  24. * kmailcvt: tool for importing mail related data from other programs
  25. * kmobiletools: an application specially designed to manage mobile phones
  26. * knode: news client
  27. * korganizer: a calendar-of-events and todo-list manager
  28. * kalarm: gui for setting up personal alarm messages, emails and commands
  29. * kalarmd: alarm monitoring daemon, shared by korganizer and kalarm.
  30. * kontact: Integrated PIM application
  31. * ktimetracker: Time tracker.
  32. * kfile-plugins: vCard KFIleItem plugin.
  33. * knotes: yellow notes application
  34. * konsolekalendar: Command line tool for accessing calendar files.

  37. * kjots: manager for several "books" with a subject and notes

  45. * libkpimexchange: connecting to Exchange2000 servers
  46. * kdgantt: alternative lib for Gantt diagrams, used by the free/busy view of
  47.            KOrganizer (yes, we should decide for one of the Gantt libs)
  48. * kontactinterfaces: The glue for embedding KParts into Kontact

  54. * ldif: a parser for LDIF, the LDAP Information Interchange Format
